However, time is the enemy of software. With the release of Nitro Pro 10, 11, 12, and the new Nitro PDF Pro (365 subscription), activating an older copy of Nitro Pro 9 can feel like navigating a minefield. Servers change, activation limits are reached, and serial keys go missing.
Because version 9 is a legacy product, support is limited. However, you can still reset your activations by contacting support – but you must be smart about it.
Click "Help" in the top menu bar, then select "Activate..." from the dropdown.
