Right-click the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" (critical for low-level disk access).
In the main interface, find your C: partition. It will be labeled "System" or "Boot." minitool partition wizard professional edition 8.1.1
Click "OK." Note that the operation turns yellow in the pending list. The C: drive hasn't changed yet. Right-click the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator"
