Attach the wastegate to the manifold using the supplied studs and brass nuts. Critical: Apply copper anti-seize to the stud threads. Torque in a cross pattern to 20 Nm.
Remove the blanking plate from your turbo manifold’s wastegate port. Clean gasket surfaces with a razor. Do not reuse old gaskets – HKS supplies a metal embossed gasket in the V2.0 box. hks-va028-v2.0
The V2.0’s exhaust outlet requires a V-band clamp. You must plumb the dump tube back into the downpipe or vent to atmosphere (check local noise/emissions laws).
